    But, if we pass Prop 4 (a YES vote) and those restrictions on where revenue goes disappear. That language for the Franchise tax is put in jeopardy. Don’t buy into the fear tactics of many in this state. Vote NO on Prop 4 to preserve the Texas Constitution as is.
