New Mexico is experiencing the same thing. At least in Rio Rancho Intel helped build the school and still funds some of the programs. Can't say the same for the other companies in the area.
Apparently giving tax breaks to large businesses while starving our schools for funding is a losing move to attract businesses. Being shortsighted in out economic planning is going to hold us back.
