The fact Matt Hancock’s pal Dido Harding is still in place after the £12bn Test & Trace catastrofuck and has even been promoted to head up the new health institute should be of great interest to the PM’s Anti-Corruption Champion who is - *checks notes* - Dido Harding’s husband.

  13. well done - your Dad would be proud of you. Every time I hear or see that David Brent Brexit negotiator called Frost, I just lament that the world used to have THE David Frost, and now we have THAT David Frost as alleged national security advisor

This is an extraordinary and shocking story unfortunately behind a paywall. The woman concerned was at school with Johnson’s sister and is married to an ex Etonian Tory MP (naturally). Its all fine on that merry go round.

  17. Author is who deservedly won a major award for the book. Stunning research and a really important social history. Been thinking about it for days, especially given our wretched government's attitudes to class and poverty
