Australians think we spend 14% on and it should be about 10% FACT: just 0.8% of the federal budget is spent on giving people who need it the most, a hand up. Thanks for shining a spotlight on our govt’s lack of generosity.

Aid is transformative in tackling the discrepancies of opportunity between and within nations. Education, vaccinations, sanitation - we can give people in poorer parts of the world a fair-go. For a better future, we must restore our national aid contribution.

Vale Eddie Funde. Not only did Eddie galvanise the movement towards the Australian anti apartheid campaign, he also helped an Australian government realise the vision that is possible through Australian Aid!
