One thing I've heard with a couple more junior engineers at 2 roles now, is thinking blameless is during the incident. Blameless is about the culture after an incident, during an incident it should be an open process to investigate, and it's all hands on deck to sort 1/2

So what’s the takeaway? I should do my best to stay ready:
- Continue to live below my means
- Increase my savings to reduce the chance that I feel pressured to take a job I don’t love
- Keep investing in my network so they’ll keep riding for me the way they always have

I know a lot is going on right now but voting is super important. Every candidate and ballot measure matters. If they didn't then people wouldn't be working this hard trying to prevent you from voting or attempting to influence what you vote for.
