      UN and OAS electoral observation missions were invited to observe, as were many countries, some of which will be present. Internally, all 4 of Maduro's opponents' parties agreed to providing their own audits/observers.

      The MUD's former Secretary General (2014-17) announced his support for Falcon yesterday as did a faction of the National Assembly. More opposition members expected to endorse Falcon today. This is becoming an increasingly elusive 'legitimate' opposition group.
