If Mr. Forero is interested in having all sides to the story, he could have open discussions with the thousands of Canadian Venezuelans that live in the Greater Toronto Area. If he does that before traveling, we could connect them to our relatives that live there.
I have , and I have received different opinions depending who your talking to, somewhere in the middle I assume the truth lies, what better way to find out than to see it with my own eyes ? Why take a bias opinion.
I wonder? What reputation delegation? or will it be very similar to the international observers of the Sao Pablo Forum? where even an election in Cuba is democratic and healthy? or the election of Nicaragua, which according to them was very transparent with only one candidate!
