I was chatting with some friends about this the other day. Many are uneducated with no skills. Many get conned by the lure of money, education and healthcare. They become so cynical. Veteran suicide rates are high. 
tfw it looks like a grim advertisement for nationalism - not any good things to say of it. IMO it's good that someone is at least trying to bring a level of transparency to it, which it apparently lacks as yet. Is there no "In-Crowd" in the legislature in Venezuela meanwhile (??)
