Why does the United States set conditions and present ultimatums to the executive power and the institutions of a foreign sovereign government? Why would Elliott Abrams, Mike Pompeo or Mike Pence suggest that they should have any say in how Venezuela is governed? They're tyrants.
The United States plans to present a coercive ultimatum to the Venezuelan government today. It's tyrannical, despotic, authoritarianism in its purest form. Washington is addicted to blood and will never, on its own, wean itself off of mass carnage, destruction and genocide.
