Given that Canada's Covid-19 death total (20) is thus far one of the smallest anywhere, wouldn't it be a nice break from all the media pessimism just to see one headline saying that?

We keep hearing about the magic 27/28c temps needed to kill/suppress the virus. Venezuela's 3 largest cities---Caracas, Maracaibo, Valencia (total pop. 12-13 million) are at or well above that temp. Wonder if that's a factor.
That they are, but Guayaquil, Ecuador accounts for the vast majority of cases in Ecuador (607 of 789) and is about that same temperature.

Maybe because life expectancy is already 10 years lower than Canada? I wouldn't put faith in status until the 100 level is hit, even then not entirely sure all nations have the capacity to track the illness. And I'm not saying Canada has done a great or even good job of it.
