(3) The priest who led the mass was coup-backing Scarpellini, who some say attended the UCB meeting where coup leaders met to anoint Añez as self-declared President. (4) El Alto residents were already indignant and were further enraged when far-right coup co-conspirator Oscar Ortiz (Senator, Santa Cruz) arrived. At this point the neighbors were demonstrating for a slew of reasons, carrying posters and photos of massacred loved ones.pic.twitter.com/EiCNBTA5xL
