Carter Center's observation mission held a press conference a bit ago. Jason Carter casually notes issues, among them, a discrepancy in the voter lists: There are more people on the electoral roll then eligible voters.. but no biggie since they don't have a socialist govt.pic.twitter.com/UstzbGjqiT

Point taken, but Guyana is officially a socialist government. Official name is the Co-operative Republic of Guyana.
