Guyana's general election was held Monday and there are still no results. Vote counting was halted in the 2 largest electoral regions and still suspended in 1, while the Carter Center says that voter rolls have more people than there are in Guyana.pic.twitter.com/k50VLx1Y4o

Vote counting was also halted in Honduras, as well as Bolivia. We know how that turned out. And indirectly, this is happening in the US. In large states with heavy minority and young ppl voting, some 5 hr wait, removal of voting sites, thereby stopping the voting by obfuscation
Guyana is rich in gold, bauxite, alumina and natural gas. Oil and uranium deposits have been found onshore and offshore and are likely to be developed in the coming years. 
I remenber being in Guyana for the voting some 15 years ago. Already were masters at ballot-boxes stuffing & other tricks. Almost as good as Latinos but mere amateurs when compared to yankees.
