Vote counting was also halted in Honduras, as well as Bolivia. We know how that turned out. And indirectly, this is happening in the US. In large states with heavy minority and young ppl voting, some 5 hr wait, removal of voting sites, thereby stopping the voting by obfuscation

I remenber being in Guyana for the voting some 15 years ago. Already were masters at ballot-boxes stuffing & other tricks. Almost as good as Latinos but mere amateurs when compared to yankees.
