      Washington never has to drop a bomb again, all they need is uphold a permanent blockade. The result is the same and they know this.

      To be fair they still drop and sell bombs all the time and will continue to do so . Afghanistan's a prime example they know very few in the west cares anymore . If it'd benefit the Empire to drop a MOAB on Caracas they'd do it .
