The only tangible ‘highlight’ perhaps. A lot of Cubans and the government of Cuba thoroughly acknowledge Obama's relaxation of the blockade.

Though from what I was told, Obama still wasn't popular even with his relaxation. Cubans really hate the US government for the blockade and until the US leaves Cuba alone, likely that won't change. They're very nationalistic people.

People will simultaneously hate the US govt and imperialism and denounce the blockade while expressing positive feelings towards BO for the loosening of the blockade. He is liked, surprisingly as it may seem.
