Yeah they followed the rules for rounding correctly. The rules are just stupid and unbelievable, which isn’t much better than failed basic math
Yes and people wouldn’t know the rules because they aren’t standardized across the country, like laws which govern women’s rights, labour laws, voting laws, anything at all. the problems are embedded and not specific to this election cycle
