The mostly blue flag is the flag of the Movement Towards Socialism. The region is made up of Indigenous campesinos, and they all make up the unions which form the base of the MAS. They support @evoespueblo but they're seeking renewal in the party. #Boliviapic.twitter.com/wdQGIc8NZg
