While many are proud of the of work of the Cuban doctors here in Bolivia, this is a very sad development. We saw Cuban health workers threatened up until their exit from Brazil exactly a year ago. Bolivia & Brazil are in no position to lose such high-caliber health professionals.
Hopefully the threats will end, human health care should be a human right.
