Bolivia needs to train more of its grassroots media people in digital media to combat these propaganda machines. It can be done. So far, Venezuela, has succeeded.
It's in the works. But it's taken time.. I say it's never too late. Early 2020 I think we'll have something.

Good. The countries that are under the burden of imperialism and evil regime changes that displace millions and turn them into slave have to use the media as a strategy to reject neocolonialism.
