3: Bolivia • Camacho is the leader of the Comite Civico Pro Santa Cruz. He is acting as leader of the opposition at this point; radicalizing the protests & saying that there shouldn't be any sort of second round or redo of the vote, just the ousting of President Evo Morales.

Carlos Mesa WAS there to recieve Camacho, the police didn't let him pass, violating international airport rights and rules. Opposition protests are being attacked by Evo Morales followers and poeple who are forced to go to break pacific protests with violence
