Barricades and barbed wire were erected yesterday, and yet additional National Police trucks full of metal fences continue to arrive. Government vehicles enter the Presidential Palace with plenty of police bracing for mass protests.

New shipment of metal fencing delivered. Protesters will have to work together to remove hundreds of barricades to get within blocks of the Carondelet Palace.
