      Colombian's @IvanDuque took the podium at the 74th UNGA to deliver a 128-page dossier, in which he alleged an ELN presence in Venezuela. Duque's report includes a photo he claimed was in Táchira (Venezuela) in April 2018.       In today's press conference, President @NicolasMaduro is confirming 4 fake photos, as confirmed by Colombian outlet @ElColombiano and @AFP. There are sure to be more falsifications, inaccuracies within what Ivan Duque submitted to Secretary General Antonio Guterres.
