Do please not follow the abject plot of the Trump regime: don't let it be about Colombia and Venezuela; don't allow them to set Venezuelans against Colombians & inversely - avoid fratricide at all costs!
All working people of the region should know that the people must stick together. But he's correct to note that Venezuela's govt provided extensive provisions & hospitality for Colombians feeling the conflict. Duque has accepted his role as U.S. lackey on behalf of Colombia.

I understand your stance, & the records show unambiguously that you are right. My point is, that one should not confound Duque & the likes with the Colombian Nation, which would serve Trump regime's goals. Rather underline the Brotherhood, call to the sense of being both Latinos.

The migrant in the video says nothing about the Colombian people, he is specifically naming the government and security forces.
