This video was taken before the winter. Our city was able to move them indoors for temporary housing, which has it's own issues, but at least we got them off the street. Warm weather is around the corner so I'm sure this will camp will reemerge at some point.

Thanks for the info. In Toronto, Canada's largest city, and particularly i the far-north where First Nations reside, people remain on the street year-round, through extreme conditions, and some die.

Toronto offers shelter to people through out the year. Some people decide not to take advantage of the shelter due to mental health reasons in some cases.
