did hijackers believe they could break through all the barriers with the armored trucks? do you think that was that the plan? they could have just walked across to join the Colombian side. BTW has the woman (journalist?) who appears badly hurt been released from the hospital yet?
Hard to say whether they went full speed. They were certainly paid, secured immunity in Colombia to carry out provocation with little chance of making through the barrier gates + they only targeted Venezuelan side. Provided crucial starting point to build 'defectors' narrative.
