      Brazilian Vice President Hamilton Mourão, a retired general, says today that Brazil will not allow the U.S. to intervene militarily in Venezuela from Brazilian territory. Mourão spoke from Bogota where he attended ‘Lima Group’ meeting. Huge.

      But I would guard against giving any credit to Brazil. Military force and CIA forces are words they will parse to fit their intentions.
