1. Venezuelan authority in the state of Táchira, @FreddyBernal, denounced what he calls a planned false flag attack. 2 low-level GNB, 1 who worked in the kitchen and 1 who work in administration took 2 armoured vehicles & rammed the yellow barrier on the Simon Bolivar Bridge.
2. (note: Bernal did not mention others perpetrators, but one other person may have been directly involved) These individuals were then greeted on Colombian side (signifying they knew this would happen). They picked up and threw sections of the barrier fence into the río Táchira.
3. This took place w/total complicity by Colombia’s Natl Police according to @FreddyBernal. He says Venezuelan Natl Police (PNB) acted quickly, though 1 of the PNB was injured along with a Chilean journalist, both are in 'stable' condition.
