Still waiting for someone to explain why incarceration is the answer for wage theft but not vehicular manslaughter or rape.

Here’s a reliable educational non-viral video that will help anyone understand how justice system works. (Meanwhile it’s true that buddy’s bogus question doesn’t accurately reflect SF DA’s policies.)

I'm not talking about Chesa, and I don't have an opinion on the recall one way or the other. I was asking YOU. If you support incarceration for wage theft, do you also support incarceration for vehicular manslaughter and rape? If not, why not?

Why separate the two in your question on a Chesa Boudin post? Picking a fight? I support rehabilitation and restorative justice. Economic crimes should be treated same until we get there. If they are we’ll get there faster. (Watch the vid)

Cuz I have seen his supporters say incarceration not the answer in public cases that involved those crimes. Why denounce anyone who disagrees with you as reactionary? Picking a fight? If we are gonna incarcerate for economic crimes we should do the same for violent ones.

I’ve answered your question to ME in a reply, didn’t call you reactionary. Possibly you’re lumping all Chesa supporters as one person. If your question is sincere you might get better educated outside of twiiter. It’s good to make a sincere effort.

*Did* you answer my question? So you support incarceration for violent crimes or no? Or is it rehabilitation for economic crimes? Which is it? Seems like you want to have your cake and eat it too.

I did answer your question. Feels like you are pretending not to understand it.

My understanding of your answer is you think adding jail time for economic crimes will someone lead to rehabilitation being the preferred method. So you think we should add jail time to economic crimes while reducing it on violent ones. Cake, eat, have, etc.
