Huzzah! Melissa was able to find another account and the "missing" files are associated with it. I've replied to the support ticket. Oddly enough, some files are shared across the two accounts (or one is a team member of the other).

Yikes! Good luck. Would welcome a way to automatically back up .fig files locally or to a third-party service.

Read Cameron's tweet, went immediately to Plugins to see what my options were and... zero. Would love the option to run a full backup, even manually.
