Nah I think they need to be called out so they don't do this to others.

We aren't calling them out to change them. We're doing it so others going through the same thing know people support them.

As a matter of fact, calling out people's harassers is a great way to show support. People see that behavior is not tolerated. You can stay mum if you want but get over how other people react to it.
