This is so damn depressing because the @GOP will never get on board with fixing the problem if they can't even admit there is a problem.

They can't admit there is a problem, because they benefit from the problem.
-
They are the problem. They created it, propagate it, profit from it, and have no intention of letting anyone else solve it.

Russians are Russians. They annex defenseless countries then deny it. They murder political opponents then deny it. They Novichok people on foreign soil then deny it. When they interfere in US elections, what do you think they’ll do?
-
the US doesnt have a leg to stand on when it comes to accusation election interference. Also, there is still no evidence of collusion or russian election interference

-
So by that logic we do nothing? We just ignore and allow Russia to just completely take us over and win at destroying our democracy. Is that what you are suggesting
-
Russia had nothing to do with Trump winning, and we do worse literally every single year
-
No one said anything about Trump. Except you, now.
-
yes there is currently a massive campaign asserting that the russian interference is bound up with trump’s collusion, the interference allegations are not limited to the facebook ad buys
-
Get off Trump for a minute. Along your line of thinking this thread would be... ‘Imagine if Pearl Harbor happened and half the country thought that FDR’s presidency is illegitimate.’ It’s not!
-
This thread is ‘Imagine if Pearl Harbor happened and half the country thought it was a hoax?’ That means that if Russia interferes in our democracy (which they did) it will go unpunished because of the ignorance of half the country arguing that they didn’t.
