It seems it's all about colour or gender now, when will people realise the only way forward is colourless, genderless and focussed on people, whatever colour, gender or religion they happen to be.
86.1% of Brits are white.
50% of them are men.
That’s two reasons. 
It seems the Mayor of London is suggesting we should discriminate based on race and gender?
If we truly want equal opportunities for all we should stop discriminating.

I am absolutely 100% certain that each of those white men were employed due to their qualifications and ability. There is not one ounce of evidence they were employed because they are white.
