An important lesson was learned today. Don't announce you're going to start an internship, when that internship company has no real interest beyond getting free labour. A crap day, but one I can grow from. Guess I'm open to internships again!
Good on you! It might feel like a punch in the gut now, but knowing your self worth is something that'll help you out in the long run. Plus no one should work for free

It's a good learning experience not to get ahead of myself for sure. Think I just took whatever I could get, haha. Fingers crossed I can still get to something in the end!
