This looks awesome! I'm mostly curious how you tackled the drop-shadow, especially if it's voronoi, are you just calculating another voronoi but offset?

Yeah, I just offset the UVs via parallax, and then run then through the same calculation again. It's not very fast which is why I wanna bake out my voronoi texture beforehand

I was going to suggest you could render it to RT and just sample it twice, or precalculate a range and store it as a 3D texture, and then just scroll the Z to animate it :)
