Fixed up a version of a Spline Mesh actor that allows proper twist without the normal gimbal lock in #UE4.24.
Props to @Aidan_Vangr for helping with something I was derping and @dunenkoff for pointing out I wasn't using radians where I should've been.

We fixed helped fix this on the last project I was on by introducing more interpolation options for spline points, so you could get smooth twists as the spline bends over itself
