I tried a 12-minute meditation session on @calm and I fell asleep for 15 minutes. Am I doing it right?

Perhaps try and change the time in which you meditate, for when you are feeling most alert. Falling asleep does happen sometimes, but the goal is to remain in focused awareness. Our bodies sometimes tell us we need rest, though
