I wake up before anyone at home , as I use this time to be with me or to get in contact with me. I take my coffee and sit on my chair wandering what daily calm has for me this morning

My morning cup of tea! I then enjoy sitting in silence and/or meditating, followed by a little bit of journalling, which is how I set myself up for the day. I try to do is stay away from my phone in the morning, to keep my mind at a slow and gentle pace.

I feel best when I workout, meditate, eat and walk the dog. I keep my phone in airplane mode until I've done those 4 things. When I get seduced by my phone and pulled into work and scrolling, I find the rest of my day is more stressful.
