Hey, great question. Have you tried initially doing the Body Scan meditation? Laying down can help, and because you focus on those sensations, it can get you used to meeting with the anxiety.

I have done the body scan. The anxiety usually comes along a couple minutes into a guided meditation. It’s like a really nagging feeling of needing to fidget or move...

Stay with it. See if you can try not to label those urges as good or bad, but hold some curiosity around it. And if you need to move, do it with intent. It's okay if you need to move. Some mindful movement may be helpful for you too, like a walking meditation!
