Dear Calm I noticed that I am the most anxious me when I wake up because of nightmare , at this time I am not really awake to pause and practice, so I keep tossing and turning in my bed. Is there a trick for it?

Is there a way you can guide yourself through a body scan, by laying flat and working from your toes to the tip of your head? Or just tuning into your breath, perhaps rhythmic counting? As you may not want to reach for your phone in these moments.

Hey, thanks for your question. Today's meditation was about arguments, and how we can make choices to not engage in all of them. In the meditation, Tamara says "Freedom can be found in walking away, not letting arguments hook us. We always have a choice." Hope this helps
