I try to do IT, but I can't more than 3 to 5 minutes. Is there any "trick" you can suggest?

Hey Xavier, if you struggle to focus, that's okay. Just notice when you've drifted away and bring yourself back to the part of the body that is being focused on. Gradually extend the duration over time.
