Is it because you're often busy at the time you intend to meditate? Or perhaps you need to change the duration (i.e. a shorter meditation) to really make it a habit? Habits can take a little while to form but you'll get there! 
I set my reminder at 7am so that I meditate as soon as I wake but I find myself checking other phone notifications instead. Currently on a 16 day streak so I'm on the right path. My longest streak was 68 days.
Well done, it sounds like you're doing amazingly
. It might be worth allocating time to check your notifications at certain points of the day. For example "when I wake up, I will meditate" and "at 7.30am I can have 10 minutes to check my notifications / social media".
Love that plan. Now just need to shift my mindset. The Daily Calm meditations have made it very easy to integrate a bit of calm into my day.
