I did the initial 7 Days of Calm awhile ago and I know I can go back but would love to see this expanded upon. Love the theme mediations but would want to see more basic guided mediations. Other than that love this app. #YearOfCalm #CalmCommunity

I have done the Stress and Anxiety I will do the Focus net. Right now really liking your Daily Calm that pops up when you open the app. Oops forgot I have done the 21 days of Calm. Thats the one I will go back and do. Thank you for responding!!!

Still trying to meditate at the same time every day. Now I'm using it as a method to ground / relax me rather than a good habit. I'm good at ignoring my reminders. Any advice

Is it because you're often busy at the time you intend to meditate? Or perhaps you need to change the duration (i.e. a shorter meditation) to really make it a habit? Habits can take a little while to form but you'll get there!

I set my reminder at 7am so that I meditate as soon as I wake but I find myself checking other phone notifications instead. Currently on a 16 day streak so I'm on the right path. My longest streak was 68 days.

Well done, it sounds like you're doing amazingly
. It might be worth allocating time to check your notifications at certain points of the day. For example "when I wake up, I will meditate" and "at 7.30am I can have 10 minutes to check my notifications / social media". -
Love that plan. Now just need to shift my mindset. The Daily Calm meditations have made it very easy to integrate a bit of calm into my day.

Ups and downs but the good thing is I get myself up after each down. My intentions are to be happier, and focus more on what brings me joy ( be less serious about life)

As a nurse, I often encourage my patients to use Calm’s white noise scenes to drown out hospital noise. Would love to see Calm partner formally with hospitals!
