I’ve been meditating and doing the daily calm with the @calm app this past week and it’s really helped to escape the negativity and reflect on my own thoughts. Just thought I’d share that if anyone else thinks it could work for them too.

Especially with
@calm you meditate, learn and understand lots of things about yourself and others, it reminds you of the beauty in this world, takes you to your childhood with bed time story . Also I love how they make you involved and share ur thoughts & pic#YearofCalm1 reply 0 retweets 3 likes
