This will be my 3rd year of meditating every day

Awesome! How has a daily practice supported you?

I have a life threatening illness (adrenal insufficiency/Addison’s disease) which is made worse by stress, so meditating every day has cut down how often I have to go to Hospital
Plus I’m more mindful during the day and enjoy little things more
