Why do guided meditations always want me to hold me breath?! That is so uncomfortable and so unnatural to me

Hi Rebecca, in Calm sessions you're usually encouraged to take deep breaths at the beginning and then return to your breath and observe it

If you are holding your breath there is nothing to observe. Your gif/video says to "hold your breath"
