Nope, unfortunately I'm far too impatient to stick to them. Can you suggest a short one to get me started?

Start the 7 Days of Calm (they are just 10 minutes each). Or try the loving kindness, you can do 5 minute version!

The impact meditation/being mindful has had on stopping my anxiety is simply amazing. It nearly sounds like a joke, but it's true.
