It’s funny as I often feel guilty if I miss a day, but have tried to be easier on myself and just do as much as I can. I aim for 7 days a week but often only manage 5. But I’m really proud of those 5 days :)

At least once a day. Let’s not forget meditation doesn’t have to only take place while you are sitting in a chair or on a cushion.
Ideally daily but try not to be too hard on myself if I do miss a session and it stops my longest streak record!
Discipline is great but so is flexibility. How else can I stretch?
I used to do it every couple of days and now it’s like once a month. And I’m definitely not kind at all for missing it
