No calm whatsoever in the one time I’ve flown with you guys. Got pushed back a flight and lost my luggage and then somehow try to say it’s my fault for not having things I need in my carry on. Your customer service is complete garbage don’t blame someone for your mistakes.

I was told by your customer service rep that I should always keep the things I need in my carry-on. That’s not even possible with the business trip I was doing. Also what kind of trust does that put in your employees that handle baggage. You guys are on the same team, right?

we did file a report. Did absolutely nothing for my cause. There has to be another method to communicate between your employee from airport to airport when your company makes mistake.. They spent more time worrying about why I didn’t put the things I needed in carry on.

#AmericanAir needs a commitment to competence and Customer Service. 100s of people were delayed 8 hours at ORD because per pilot “crew was unfamiliar with aircraft”. TWO aircraft. I would feel much more relaxed if you would let me sit in the seats I choose and pay extra for instead of constantly bumping me elsewhere last minute.
