I can’t be compassionate without feeling sorry for myself and this depletes my energy, so I try not to

Awe. Can you practice offering love to the aprts of you that are sad as way to build energy?

I do use Loving-kindness meditation and it helped me a lot. I don’t wanna be pragmatic nor too emotional

The app won’t let me log in. I’m really sad bc I just installed it and I’ve been enjoying it for the last few days but it keeps coming up with 503 error. Any idea why? I’d appreciate the help
