@calm hi! What meditation currently on the app do you recommend when sick with the cold/flu and struggling to breathe? Focusing on my breath makes me wheeze right now :(

Hey, sorry you're not feeling too well. How about using the Body Scan? Feel free to do this laying down, focusing on each body part, and perhaps a hand on the belly to notice a little bit of your breathing.
